I am a friendly teacher that can get the best out of his students through engaging lessons. I like to select themes that are interesting for my students so that they are not only learning English, but also learning how to talk about things that are important to them. I have several years publishing experience working in a leading Australian University. I have great strategies to improve my students writing and academic language.

After graduating from University in 2014 with a degree in History I worked in University publishing for over two years. My job was to proofread and edit the publications of leading academics and high achieving students. In April 2017 I qualified as an English language teacher with a CELTA certificate from Cambridge. Since completing my teaching certification I have worked in Vietnam and Italy. I am currently teaching a range of courses at a private language academy in the Southern heel of Italy. The food and coffee here is amazing!
